Responsibilities
- Review and validate incoming customer orders to ensure all requirements are met prior to shipment.
- Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries to confirm successful receipt by the customer.
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies such as missing items, delayed shipments, or incomplete deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and shipping carriers to identify and resolve fulfillment issues.
- Schedule delivery appointments and manage shipment logistics as needed.
- Communicate directly with customers and buyers primarily via email regarding order status and updates.
- Manage multiple customer accounts and orders simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain support.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Windows)
- Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Prior experience in order management, logistics coordination, or shipment tracking.
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with inventory validation and order fulfillment processes.
