Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical, regulatory, and administrative processes required to connect solar and battery storage projects to the electric utility grid.
- Oversee complex workflows and task management to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring projects meet critical activation milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between developers, engineers, utility companies, and homeowners
- Educate clients and partners on Timberline Solar product features, lease terms, and purchase agreements, ensuring all documentation is executed accurately and timely.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and third-party financing teams to maintain detailed client records within Salesforce
- Manage high-touch communications across email, SMS, and phone
- 4+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
- 2+ years of dedicated experience within the Solar Industry
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience specifically within new home construction or enterprise-level solar processes. (Preferred)
- Pay Rate: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
- Work Flexibility: 100% Remote (Candidates must be based in California)
- Shift: Standard 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
