Our client is preparing for a key retirement in two years. We are not just looking for a "stop-gap" hire; we are looking for a dedicated professional to shadow a seasoned veteran and eventually take the reins of our Inventory and Customer Operations.

You will start with a heavy focus on Project Coordination and Customer Service, mastering our systems and building relationships. Over time, you will evolve into a specialist managing Inventory, Purchasing, and Supply Chain logistics.



salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for high-volume client inquiries via phone and email.
  
  
• Project Coordination: Manage the "front-end" of orders, ensuring all client needs are captured and translated accurately into the system.
  
  
• Data Integrity: Execute heavy data entry within specialized inventory software (DDI) with a "zero-error" mindset.
  
  
• Inventory Evolution: Gradually take on responsibilities for monitoring stock levels, analyzing trends, and placing product orders to ensure a seamless supply chain flow.
