Responsibilities
As an expert in industrial thermal systems, you manage the full lifecycle of heating equipment from pre-shipment testing to field commissioning. You are responsible for the comprehensive start-up of industrial tank heating systems, ensuring every component—from fuel trains and oil systems to control panels—is verified for peak performance. A core focus includes configuring and tuning Power Flame C-series burners, where you manage the setup of combustion systems utilizing natural gas, propane, and fuel oil.
In the field, you serve as the technical authority on system performance. You conduct rigorous combustion analysis, measuring variables such as oxygen & carbon monoxide and stack temperatures to optimize efficiency and stability. Beyond performance, you are the primary safeguard for system integrity, verifying the operation of burner management systems, flame safeguard controls, and safety interlocks. Your expertise is critical during troubleshooting, where you diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and ignition issues, including regulators, flame sensors, and oil pumps.
Finally, you act as the professional bridge between the technology and the client. Through scheduled maintenance and corrective adjustments, you ensure long-term reliability. You conclude each project by documenting commissioning reports and service findings, providing on-site technical support and clear repair recommendations to ensure customers remain fully informed of their system's status.
