salary: $65,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Manage and expand relationships with key manufacturing and logistics clients.
- Develop Talent: Mentor and grow our temporary staff to ensure they meet our "Perfection" standard.
- Problem Solve: Act as the primary point of contact for warehouse and production leadership, solving logistics and staffing hurdles in real-time.
- Deliver Excellence: Maintain a high-performance culture by meeting (and exceeding) KPIs and service-level agreements.
- Spanish Mastery: Must be fluent in English and Spanish to effectively lead our diverse workforce and client base.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume staffing is highly preferred.
- The "Hunter" Mentality: You are hungry, energetic, and motivated by an uncapped commission structure.
