Responsibilities
- Content & Campaigns: Be the voice of our brand. You’ll lead content creation and drive new business through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Business Development: Support the sales pipeline by identifying trends, researching potential customers, and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Administrative Backbone: Provide "jack/jill of all trades" administrative support across departments, handling everything from clerical duties and light accounting to proposal management.
- Proposal Lead: Take the reigns on RFPs (Request for Proposals) and presentations, ensuring our bids are professional, persuasive, and punctual.
MarketingEnhancing brand awareness, managing social content, and coordinating strategies.
Sales SupportBuilding a sales pipeline, managing CRM data, and identifying customer needs.
OperationsWorking with the Ops Team on scheduling, planning, and inter-departmental flow.
Admin/FinanceProposal creation (RFP/IFB), light accounting, and general clerical excellence.
