Responsibilities
- Systems Management: Act as the primary administrator for our cloud-based construction management suite, overseeing all RFI workflows, submittals, and digital document control.
- Virtual Project Planning: Execute the full lifecycle of project administration—from initial digital kickoff to final close-out—ensuring every milestone is reflected in real-time schedules.
- Fiscal Oversight & Analytics: Manage the "Office P&L" for multiple concurrent jobs. This includes budget tracking, processing change orders, and generating advanced financial forecasts for executive review.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the high-level digital liaison for clients and consultants, managing expectations through professional correspondence and structured progress reporting.
- Regulatory & Data Compliance: Ensure all digital project archives meet strict building codes, safety regulations, and internal quality benchmarks through rigorous documentation.
- Disruption Mitigation: Use data-driven "look-aheads" to identify potential bottlenecks in the supply chain or schedule before they impact the field.
