Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across trade management and securities processing workflows
- Process and support activities including:
- Instruction receipt, authentication, and routing
- Trade entry and verification
- Transaction processing and recording
- Reporting and reconciliation
- Provide team support and guidance, acting as a resource for processing questions and escalations
- Act as backup to Supervisor, supporting day-to-day oversight and workflow management
- Assist management in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues
- Communicate directly with clients regarding trade discrepancies, missing instructions, or market-related issues
- Participate in client calls and meetings alongside internal stakeholders
- Experience in financial services operations, trade support, or investment operations
- Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, or securities processing
- Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Excellentcommunication skills with experience interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, risk mitigation, and process improvement
- Ability to step into a lead / SME capacity and support team operations
