Randstad is partnering with a global Manufacturer located in Miami Gardens to find a bilingual (English/ Spanish) Accounting Clerk to support their team. This role is ideal for a professional with one to two years of experience who enjoys a mix of financial data entry, vendor relations, and general administrative support. This is a direct hire permanent opportunity offering a base salary plus full benefits package. Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Utilize SAP to input financial data, manage database records, and generate accounts payable/receivable summaries.
• Financial Processing: Prepare and verify outgoing checks, process bank deposits, and reconcile bank statements against internal records.
• Vendor & Account Relations: Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by communicating with suppliers and internal customer service team.
• Expense Management: Oversee and document credit card transactions (specifically Amex) and reconcile vendor balances at each month-end.
• Cycle Support: Assist with the monthly closing process and prepare necessary documentation for timecards and invoices.
• Office Coordination: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain physical and digital files, and monitor and replenish office supplies.
