• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and improve servers, networks, and systems to ensure high availability and performance
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365
• Manage system backups, disaster recovery processes, and routine patching
• Support internal users with escalated help desk requests (hardware, software, access)
  Participate in infrastructure planning, upgrades, and migrations (cloud/on-prem hybrid environments)
• Document systems, configurations, processes, and procedures clearly and consistently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and security initiatives
