- Master the Flow: Implement and maintain production planning and inventory control systems.
- Inventory Guru: Maintain lean processes to minimize work-in-process and finished goods inventory.
- Collaborate: Work closely with customers and team leaders to determine daily production requirements.
- Launch Expert: Support new product/program launches and lead cost-reduction initiatives.
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Preferred: A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Engineering.
- Bonus Points: APICS Certification or functional training in Adient systems.
- Experience (Preferred): Knowledge of MRP systems, demand management, and inventory control.
- ⚡ Vibe: Ability to make quick decisions and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities
Manage demand and production scheduling for single unit with multiple customer(s) / product(s).
Support new product/program launches.
Works closely with customers, team leaders to determine daily production requirements.
Use parameters to drive inventory levels within manufacturing unit.
Leads improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Continuous improvement team involvement. Member of product transfer teams.
Works with Materials Launch team for new product / program launch.
Formalizes Weekly Forecasts/Sales and Operations planning data.
