Responsibilities
The Document Processor is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing applications in a fast-paced, production-driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
On a daily basis, responsibilities may include one or more of the following:
- Document Transactions: Process a high volume of document transactions, including tasks with moderate complexity and variation.
- Extraction: Open mail, extract checks, and verify associated fees.
- Document Processing: Prepare, sort, and organize documents for scanning.
- Scanning: Scan documents and checks for imaging, ensuring accuracy of captured data, including time and date.
- Assembly: Assemble documents, punch holes, insert fasteners, and label folders accurately.
- Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Schedule will be permanent once assigned
- Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
