Responsibilities
- Ensure all required final documents are collected as loans fund; identify and resolve any missing items.
- Leverage third‑party tools *including county websites, subscription services, and internal/external resources) to locate outstanding documents.
- Use applications such as Arrow to work deficiency queues, track progress, and manage pipeline structure
- May be assigned a portfolio of up to ~150 loans to resolve outstanding documentation.
- Conduct routine outreach using Jabber and email to resolve open deficiencies
- May involve multiple phone calls per month per file to request missing documentation.
- All documents are handled electronically; no physical document management.
- Work is performed at a workstation with regular use of imaging and search tools.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure files are complete, compliant, and ready for downstream loan processing.
