Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Front-End Talent Engagement: Take ownership of the top-of-funnel recruitment process. This includes aggressive sourcing, initial outreach, and screening candidates for technical roles (Welders, Assemblers) to ensure a high-quality pipeline.
- Hiring System Expert: Act as the primary administrator for site-specific recruitment platforms. You will ensure all candidate data is accurate, compliant, and moving efficiently through the workflow.
- Managerial Support & Coverage: Directly assist the Site Manager with daily operational tasks. This includes providing recruitment support at neighboring Newark-area facilities and providing full site coverage/leadership when the Manager is on PTO.
- Data & Rosters: Upkeep personnel trackers using Excel/sheets dashboards to provide the Site Manager with real-time updates on hiring health.
Key Requirements
- System Fluidity: High comfort level navigating and managing digital systems in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate Excel: If you haven’t utilized excel in many years, this is not the position for you..
- Leadership Presence: Proven ability to manage site operations and make decisions independently when leadership is off-site.
- Local Mobility: Willingness to support and travel between multiple Newark, DE locations as operational needs shift.
