We are seeking a Warranty Coordinator to join our Quality and Service team onsite in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you will be the backbone of the service department, auditing warranty data, managing dealer training logistics, and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.  

• Pay Range: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
  
  
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Processing transactions for equipment returns (Material Return Authorizations) and labor claims.
  
  
• Organizing all Service department information and maintaining the flow of paperwork.
  
  
• Monitoring equipment returns by contacting customers via phone or letter and assisting with service calls.
  
  
• Managing Dealer training programs, including scheduling, registration, venue logistics, and content preparation.
  
  
• Aiding quality control across various departments (Production, Engineering, Sales, Purchasing) to help reduce costs for both warranty and non-warranty situations.
