Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full cycle of hiring, from posting jobs and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and conducting background checks. Lead new hire orientations to ensure a seamless transition for every team member.
- Employee Relations: Support conflict resolution, assist in investigations, and help implement disciplinary actions when necessary. Proactively drive morale and retention through engagement strategies.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance with legal requirements. Administer benefits and employee recognition programs.
- Communication: Act as a key resource for our Spanish-speaking workforce, translating HR policies, procedures, and benefit information to ensure all employees are well-informed.
- Compliance & Audits: Support continuous improvement frameworks, participate in safety and operations audits, and manage data integrity within our systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language: Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS software.
- Soft Skills: interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with total discretion and confidentiality.
- MBA or Master’s in Human Resources.
- Experience with HRIS implementation or advanced administration.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of employment laws.

Responsibilities
