Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

• Orchestrate the Financial Close: Lead the month-end and year-end closing cycles, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the General Ledger in strict accordance with GAAP.
  
  
• Ensure Reporting Excellence: Deliver timely, accurate financial statements and internal reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to provide stakeholders with actionable business insights.
  
  
• Maintain Integrity: Oversee the timely preparation and review of all account reconciliations to ensure the highest level of balance sheet accuracy.
  
  

Cost Accounting & Operations

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure the accuracy of cost accounting data, including Materials, Labor, Overhead, BOMs, and Routers.
  
  
• Product Cost Management: Drive the estimation process for new and proposed products and execute standard cost roll-ups within the ERP system to maintain competitive pricing and margin data.
  
  
• Operational Analysis: Perform rigorous "Actual vs. Plan" variance analysis to identify trends and provide visibility into the company’s financial health.
