We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to oversee our clients company's incoming payments. You’ll be the engine behind our clients cash flow, ensuring that invoices are sent accurately, payments are reconciled promptly, and overdue accounts are handled with professional tact. The ideal candidate enjoys "solving the puzzle" of mismatched ledgers and maintains a high standard of accuracy.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Billing: Generate and distribute accurate invoices to customers daily/weekly via [Software Name, e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks].
  
  
• Payment Processing: Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  
  
• Account Reconciliation: Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries; investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
  
  
• Collections: Monitor aging reports and reach out to overdue accounts via phone and email to secure payment while maintaining positive customer relations.
  
  
• Record Keeping: Maintain an organized digital filing system for all invoices, deposits, and payment records.
  
  
• Reporting: Assist the Finance team with month-end closing tasks and provide regular updates on the status of outstanding receivables.
