Responsibilities

Generate purchase orders as directed by the Sales
Managers


·        
Verify received product against paperwork


·        
Input pricing and understanding of industry
pricing structures per customer contracts and spot loads


·        
Input received information into spreadsheet, if
applicable


·        
Communicate with Cream suppliers, customers, and
haulers for settlements in Cream purchase and sales.


Receive customer
     orders via phone or email directly or indirectly (Sales Manager)
Confirm pricing
     for powder transactions via Sales Manager or Price Book Pricing
Generate orders
     and assign any special instructions received from customers.
Prepare
     paperwork for shipment for warehouse with loading requirements.
Arrange freight
     for local and international
Communicate and
     follow through with suppliers, customers, and haulers regarding orders.
Send shipping
     paperwork to customer once order ships.
Prepare sales
     orders for billing for quantity accuracy.
Record
     traceability for all shipments. 
Handle damages,
     issues or discrepancies on incoming/outgoing shipments

File certificates of analysis

Document requests including Export documentation needs.

Process sample requests


·        
Initiate customer complaints.

Filing claims with carriers.

Schedule pickup/delivery appointments

Assist with warehouse customer service team if
time permits.
