Responsibilities
Role Overview:
- Unique 50/50 Hybrid: Balance full-cycle recruiting for Branch Banking with dedicated sourcing for Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO).
- Branch Banking (Full-Cycle): Act as a "float" recruiter across four regions (West, Midwest, East, CA); serve as a Talent Advisor to influence hiring leaders and manage the end-to-end lifecycle.
- Consumer Lending (Sourcing): Focus strictly on identifying, cold-calling, and engaging passive, revenue-generating sales talent to feed the MLO pipeline.
- Proactively hunt for sales talent using CRM tools (e.g., Ingenious) to verify production volume and lender history.
- Partner with branch and small business leaders to translate business goals into effective diversity-focused hiring strategies.
- Deliver a "first-class" candidate experience, maintaining low offer-decline rates through deep relationship building.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in candidate records/notes; utilize Workday/Phenom to track efficiency metrics.
- Proven track record in sales or retail sales recruiting; experience with mortgage/consumer lending is highly preferred.
- Must be comfortable "picking up the phone" to cold call passive candidates.
