- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment (legal experience is a plus, but not required).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) is essential.
- Reliability: We are a tight-knit team; consistent attendance and punctuality are vital to our success.
- Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Team Player: A "no task is too small" attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a small-group setting.

Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Greet clients and visitors with a professional and helpful demeanor. Intake cases from clients.
- Communication: Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking accurate messages. Schedule appointments.
- Administrative Support: Assist attorneys and paralegals with filing, scanning, and document preparation. Utilize MS Office - Word, Outlook and Excel on a daily basis.
- Mail Management: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and court filings.
- Office Upkeep: Maintain a tidy lobby and conference room area to ensure a professional environment.
