Responsibilities
- Payroll: Process bi-weekly payroll cycles, including the administration of bonuses, commissions, and salary adjustments while ensuring compliance with various state laws.
- Incentive Analysis: Extract data from proprietary platforms to validate earnings and reconcile complex compensation reports using advanced analytical tools.
- Tax & Regulatory Management: Serve as the point of contact for state tax authorities to resolve filing discrepancies and monitor payroll tax documentation.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, manage E-Verify/I-9 compliance, and maintain secure electronic personnel records.
- Benefits Stewardship: Coordinate health insurance and 401(k) deductions, supporting both daily inquiries and annual open enrollment periods.
- Audit & Metrics: Prepare detailed HR and payroll metrics for internal reviews and ensure strict compliance with PTO and termination pay requirements by state.
- Office Coordination: Oversee general office inventory and manage the distribution of internal and external company mail.
