What we are looking for:
- Manufacturing Savvy: You understand the rhythm of a production environment and the urgency of shipping dates.
- Documentation Detail: You have a sharp eye for the paperwork required for international trade and logistics.
- Tech-Fluent: You’re comfortable navigating order management systems and digital records.
- Reliable & Proactive: You don’t just wait for orders; you follow up, expedite, and anticipate customer needs.
salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Process quotation requests and purchase orders received via phone, fax, email, or mail
- Provide customers with accurate pricing and shipment dates
- Coordinate with customers on necessary document requirements and assist in resolving any document-related issues, especially for international transactions
- Work closely with the Stockroom to ensure timely shipment of products
- Maintain organized records in compliance with the company's Compliance Manual
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the aftermarket supervisor
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide the best possible service
- Perform follow-ups and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Support other Customer Service Representatives with domestic operations as needed
