Responsibilities
Qualifications
We are looking for a self-starter with a savvy mechanical aptitude and a deep understanding of how parts are actually made.
- Experience: 3–7+ years in a CNC machine shop or manufacturing environment.
- Software Literacy: Proficiency in Estimating software (required) and ERP systems (Pro-Shop experience is a major plus).
- Technical Skills: Math proficiency and the ability to manage digital files and Google Chrome-based workflows.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of machining processes, material properties, and finishing requirements.
- Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Success Metrics (KPIs)

- Quote Accuracy: Minimizing variance between estimated costs and actual job costs.
- Turnaround Time: Maintaining speed and efficiency in delivering quotes to customers.
- Win Rate: Helping the team successfully secure awarded jobs.
