We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable professional to join a growing finance team. salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year




Responsibilities

 

• High-Volume Invoice Management: Accurately register and process vendor invoices within the AP system, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  
  
• Statement Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations of vendor statements to ensure all obligations are captured, processed, and aligned with internal records.
  
  
• Departmental Leadership & Support: Provide strategic guidance and daily support to department staff, fostering a collaborative environment and assisting team members with complex issue resolution.
  
  
• Vendor Relations & Dispute Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, providing timely updates on payment status and proactively resolving billing discrepancies.
