Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for project managers across multiple customer implementations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, chronologies, meeting minutes, action items, and work orders.
- Assist in preparing project materials such as status reports, presentations, dashboards, and customer‑facing documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including project kick-offs, status calls, and internal planning sessions.
- Document meeting notes, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
