Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Corrigo is highly preferred. Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) for financial reporting is a significant plus
• 3+ years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, or maintenance operations
• Comfortable managing quote approvals within limits, coding invoices, and navigating Capex/Opex distinctions
• You can clearly and professionally communicate expectations to vendors and provide concise updates to leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage the full work order lifecycle including creation, vendor dispatch, quote approvals (within limits), and closure follow-up
• Coordinate dispatch, support onboarding, and schedule vendors for small-scale tasks and repairs
• Track and report on vendor performance/SLA metrics (acknowledgment, on-site arrival, and completion times)
• Process invoices (coding, validation, tracking), generate Capex numbers, manage expenditure forms, and pull YTD spending reports via JDE
• Support vendor onboarding, setup, and scheduling for small-scale tasks and repairs
• Maintain equipment data and execute general clerical tasks tied to Field Operations
