Responsibilities

• Manage electronic onboarding and employee changes within the Paycom system.
• Process background checks, reference checks, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, and FMLA claims.
• Assist with payroll processing and serve as a backup for the payroll department.
• Help facilitate new employee orientation (All About Leadership), including occasional weeknight sessions.
•  Provide coverage for the reception desk and assist regional branches with employee inquiries.
