Key Responsibilities
- Full Cycle Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting advertisements, proactive sourcing (Internet, databases, and networking), and qualifying high-quality talent.
- Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates. Facilitate the interview process and assist in salary negotiations to ensure successful placements.
- Client Consultation: Partner closely with hiring managers to review candidate profiles, satisfy departmental staffing needs, and provide professional administrative support throughout the hiring journey.
- Strategic Alignment: Understand and advance the company’s strategies regarding compensation, people development, and equal employment opportunity (EEO).
- Operational Excellence: Manage multiple competing requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and requisition hygiene.
High-Volume Recruiting: Proven ability to manage a large requisition load in a deadline-driven environment.
Full Cycle Recruiting: Experience managing the entire process from initial intake to offer acceptance.
Candidate & Client Management: Demonstrated relationship-building skills with the ability to consult with hiring managers and provide high-touch candidate care.
Technical Proficiency The selected resource must be well-versed in the following tools:
- Workday: Used for job postings and official hiring actions.
- Eightfold: Utilized for managing candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
- Sourcing Technology: Expert-level knowledge of sourcing tools such as HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant databases.
