Responsibilities

• Understand and manage concept and projections of ad campaigns
• Proofread, edit copy and art to ensure accuracy and client specifications are met
• Review and verify postage and currency funding is requested and aligns with the budget
• Monitor inventory for all materials to prevent disruptions and communicate with leadership on ordering more
• Adhere to strict deadlines and manage approval process through management and the communications department
• Update mailing checklists daily and work well within tight deadlines
• Manage vendor fulfillment and coordinate communications to other internal departments
• Create and update tracking and informational spreadsheets
• update checklists, track and manage samplings of mailings
