Responsibilities: - Prepare, revise, and distribute Quality Management System procedures. - Administer the Document Control area and oversee the ISO documentation program. - Enforce quality procedures throughout the factory. - Serve as a liaison for outside auditors (U/L, CSA, QPL, ISO, Customer) and approved raw material suppliers. - Manage the control of non-conforming products. - Oversee the calibration program for all M & TE, including stamp control. - Investigate customer complaints and initiate Corrective Action Requests. - Collect and publish quality data and report trends to management. - Manage the retention of quality records. Requirements: - High School degree (Associate degree preferred). - 3+ years of experience in a quality function or equivalent. - Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and their industrial application. - Experience with ISO 9001 (2 years preferred) and AS9100 (1 year preferred). - strong organizational skills.
