Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of B2B transactions, ensuring seamless transitions from initial purchase request through to final delivery.
- Audit all outgoing shipments for strict adherence to partner-specific routing guides and internal quality control protocols.
- Serve as a central liaison between warehouse logistics and corporate departments to synchronize inventory availability with delivery schedules.
- Execute high-capacity data management tasks, maintaining rigorous precision across internal databases and tracking logs.
- Generate and refine comprehensive operational reports to provide leadership with visibility into account performance and fulfillment metrics.
- Facilitate clear, professional communication channels across finance, logistics, and account management teams to resolve complex order issues.
- Act as a primary point of contact for retail partners, addressing inquiries regarding account status and service requirements with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain meticulous digital archives of all compliance paperwork and shipping manifests to ensure audit readiness.
- Provide strategic administrative support to the management team, assisting with the coordination of large-scale retail projects and process improvements.
