Reporting to the Manager with a functional link to the Regional HR Manager, you will manage everything from high-volume recruitment for hourly roles to complex payroll interface and benefits administration.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full selection process for hourly positions, including community outreach, agency communication, screening, and conducting orientations.
- Maintain the security and accuracy of personnel files, medical records, and I-9s. Manage the Affirmative Action Planning system and ensure compliance with federal contractor requirements.
- Manage the interface between Oracle and payroll systems (Workforce). Ensure accurate coding for job classifications, shifts, and departments.
- Act as a liaison for employee concerns, helping to maintain a highly engaged work environment. Facilitate communication regarding company policies and work rules.
- Serve as a resource for FMLA, disability, and return-to-work processes. Assist with open enrollment and resolve employee benefit inquiries.
- Track daily attendance and initiate disciplinary actions as needed. Process unemployment claims and support finance-related administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate facility functions, including employee recognition programs, service awards, and safety or holiday events.
- Minimum of 3 years of general administrative HR experience. Prior experience in a union, multi-shift manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- A college degree in HR or a related field is desirable; PHR certification is preferred.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Oracle is a significant plus.
