Responsibilities
-Serve as a subject matter resource for FF&E and Smallwares by managing technical inquiries, processes, and documentation.
-Monitor team workload to ensure requests are processed accurately and within established timelines in accordance with approved CEP/Smallwares guidelines.
-Track and report team performance through weekly and monthly scorecards, focusing on targeted results and service levels.
-Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and related documentation to support training and consistent execution; ensure all updates are saved in a shared location for team access and reference.
-Act as a liaison to CEP and communicate any changes to FF&E items, standards, or processes to the team.
-Serve as the primary point of coordination for restaurant closings, relocations, and confidential initiatives.
-Provide support for CPM-related project work as needed.
-Run purchase order (PO) confirmations, distribute to team members, and ensure completion within defined timelines.
-Process purchase orders in Oracle and provide PO approval support for team members as required.
-Ensure all PO corrections and updates are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
-Create, maintain, and monitor weekly PO audits, PO activity reports, and PO receipt reports.
-Complete quarterly and ad hoc reporting as required
-Communicate ordered items, estimated ship dates, and delivery expectations to Operations, request receipt confirmation and satisfaction feedback.
