The Role You will execute high-volume, complex calendaring, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. This is not a traditional 1:1 partnership; rather, it is a specialized service delivery model. You will:
- Manage calendars across various time zones using internal and external tools.
- Apply business priorities to daily scheduling and time management recommendations.
- Coordinate meetings in partnership with leaders and fellow administrative staff.
- Acknowledge and action all inbound requests within a two-hour SLA during your structured office hours.
- 2+ years of experience providing administrative support to two or more executives.
- 2+ years of experience managing complex travel and expenses.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM or ticketing systems.
- A high school diploma (BA/BS preferred).
- The ability to exercise discretion and judgment when applying company policies to resolve requests.
