- Mathematical Proficiency: A solid understanding of Algebra and Geometry is required to accurately interpret blueprints and technical measurements.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Must have the "eagle eye" necessary to catch small discrepancies in complex technical documents.
- Reading Comprehension: Ability to read through lengthy technical specifications and extract specific, accurate data.
- Advanced Tech Skills: * Microsoft Excel: Must be comfortable working with multiple spreadsheets and using formulas.
- ERP Experience: Previous experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software is preferred.
- Office Suite: Fluency in Word and Outlook.
- Communication: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) with a mastery of proper grammar and professional communication.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, eager to learn new processes, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

- Blueprint & Spec Review: Regularly review technical blueprints and complex specifications to ensure the correct processes are applied to client components.
- Quality Assurance Support: Assist the QA department by organizing and filing essential documentation, ensuring all records meet stringent industry compliance standards.
- Technical Quoting: Support the quoting process by pulling data from multiple spreadsheets and ERP systems.
- Documentation Management: Navigate through multiple technical specs to identify and pull the correct information for specific jobs.
- Office Operations: Manage professional correspondence (phone and email), maintain organized filing systems, and provide high-level customer service to aerospace and defense clients.
