As the Sales & Marketing Administrative Coordinator, you will be the "Director of First Impressions" and the operational backbone of our clients team. You will provide essential support to the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring every prospective resident’s journey to their new home is sophisticated, organized, and effortless. Responsibilities

• The Luxury Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families, providing warm, white-glove communication via phone and email.
  
  
• Sales Pipeline Support: Manage the backend of the sales process, including drafting and tracking DocuSign agreements, maintaining the lead database, and confirming tour appointments.
  
  
• Resident Customization: Assist future residents in the selection of high-end finishes (flooring, cabinetry, fixtures) for their units, ensuring all choices are meticulously documented and communicated to the construction team.
  
  
• Event Planning & Logistics: Help conceptualize and execute exclusive marketing events, from intimate luncheon presentations to grand opening celebrations.
  
  
• Office Stewardship: Maintain the pristine appearance of the sales gallery, manage collateral inventory, and ensure the team is prepared for all high-stakes presentations.
