Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Follow projects through the entire R&D lifecycle, moving from pre-formula approval to final formula release while maintaining critical milestones.
- Actively partner with Third-Party Manufacturers to gather technical documentation and manage complex regulatory and safety submissions.
- Ensure all documentation upholds rigorous data integrity standards and meets Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
- Stay ahead of developing cosmetic trends and systems to share new approaches that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Bachelor of Science is required.
- 1–2 years of experience in Formulation, Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, or Sales/Marketing within a corporate or lab setting.
- Experience managing large data sets via Excel or PowerBI.
- Competitive Compensation: A premium pay rate of $42.00/hr.
