- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in logistics/supply chain analytics or related operations analytics.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas); able to build repeatable reports and dashboards.
- Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to turn findings into clear recommendations.
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working with cross-functional partners.
- Able to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and 3PL operations.
- Experience working with data from ERP/TMS/WMS/EDI a huge plus
- Power BI and/or SQL experience (preferred).

Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analyses on service issues and operational exceptions; identify root causes and quantify impact.
- Build report summaries and present insights based on data dumps (e.g., on-time, service/fill rate, cost per shipment/lane, accessorials, claims, detention, inventory in transit).
- Analyze transportation and distribution spend to identify cost drivers and savings opportunities; support freight audit variance analysis.
- Create 3PL and carrier scorecards to summarize trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Validate and size process improvement opportunities using data (e.g., appointment scheduling, EDI/ASN accuracy, shipping/receiving performance).
- Support business cases with scenario analysis (cost/benefit, assumptions, risks), set to track benefits.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and concise, executive-ready summaries.
