- Experience: 2+ years in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting.
- Industry Savvy: At least 2 years of experience working with ERP systems specifically within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Process Knowledge: A strong understanding of sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory transactions.
- Mindset: strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the grit to manage multiple priorities under deadline.
- Education: Associate’s degree preferred.
