Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you aren’t just processing data—you are ensuring excellence. You will:
- Process High-Impact Transactions: Handle sensitive specialty functions including Mutual Fund to ETF conversions and delayed settlements.
- Problem Solve: Research and resolve complex client issues related to non-automated trading platforms.
- Lead & Consult: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical knowledge and coaching fellow crew members on specialty functions.
- Drive Improvement: Analyze trends to identify issues and proactively develop solutions to improve service levels.
- Be the "Swiss Army" Support: Provide versatile assistance across various Strategic Operation departments.
