- Master the CRM: Leverage our ATS/CRM to rediscover "silver medalists" and internal mobility candidates, drastically reducing time-to-fill through long-term relationship building.
- Drive Excellence: Contribute to team-wide initiatives in diversity sourcing and process improvement to modernize how we attract top-tier insurance professionals.
- Claims Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience in insurance operations or regulated hiring environments.
- Sourcing Mastery: 5+ years of hands-on, high-volume sourcing experience with a proven track record in geographic labor mapping.
- Consultative Mindset: 5+ years building stakeholder partnerships and influencing intake strategies with operational leaders.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, and high-volume sourcing tools.
- Flexibility: 100% Remote (M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM).
