- Data Management: Research, analyze, and update product specification data for tens of thousands of items.
- System Integration: Use Excel, SQL, SAP, and P360 data queries to analyze and merge information from various corporate data systems.
- Content Development: Develop and refine technical content for complex product lines, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Analyze content for inconsistencies or errors, correcting data and managing the import of changes into the master database.
- System Support: Support decisions affecting the performance of the company-wide shared database and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
- Promotion Support: Verify the accuracy of product displays and data for printed promotional materials.
- Education: College-level degree and/or technical school training.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of proven experience managing databases.
- Technical Skills: General proficiency in Excel, Access, and other data applications, with a focus on handling large, complex datasets.
- Content Expertise: A proven background in research, content creation, and writing SEO-friendly copy for web-based environments.
- Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to make complex information succinct and simple.
- Soft Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the diplomacy required to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- Organization: Superior time management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
