The team is collaborative, hands-on, and looking to add a strong accounting professional to support continued growth. Position Overview: The Staff Accountant will report directly to the Controller and play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, project-based environment and has strong experience with full-cycle accounting, particularly within construction or similar industries.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Support accounting for foreign entities and related transactions
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Collaborate with internal teams on project-related financial tracking

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience (construction industry experience a plus)
• strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and close processes
• Experience with intercompany transactions and multi-entity environments
• Exposure to foreign entity accounting is highly preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise required
• strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
