We are seeking a detail-oriented Adobe Digital Asset Management Specialist to lead the organization, optimization, and administration of a premier content library. In this role, you will act as the backbone of the digital ecosystem, ensuring that every image, video, and file is perfectly tagged, searchable, and compliant with global standards. Responsibilities

• Uploading, organizing and optimizing assets in the DAM system
  • Initial asset upload to the DAM
  • Renaming the asset in alignment with the uniform naming structure provided by the client 
  • Leveraging tagging and taxonomy to improve SEO performance within the in-site search engine and adding new tags inside of the AEM DAM
  • Leveraging relevant SKU tags to improve search results and enable product inventory management system (PIM) connection
  • Adding relevant permission tags to enable the Asset Share Commons connection
  • Generating alternative text to further accessibility compliance standards and align with WCAG 2.1 standards
  • Notify team members via project management system of new assets available
  • Conducting audits within the DAM to identify gaps in the Trex content library
  • Assisting with administrative needs. This will vary based on needs, but may cover items like supporting photo and video shoot planning and logistics
  • Coordinate with freelancers, photographers, vendors, and agency partners
  • Assist with reporting needs
