We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a multi-hat Operations and Customer Support role. This isn't just a "desk job" it’s the engine room of our daily workflow. You will handle everything from high-volume order entry and inventory management to being the friendly, helpful voice our customers hear on the phone.

Responsibilities

Order Management & Billing

• Order Entry: Accurately process 20–40 Customer Purchase Orders daily, converting them into internal sales orders.
  
  
• Invoicing: Handle the creation and processing of customer bills and scanning necessary documentation into the system.
  
  
• Status Updates: Provide proactive updates on order status, lead times, and shipping schedules.
  
  

Operations & Inventory Support

• Backend ERP Management: Act as the bridge between the office and the warehouse. You won’t be counting boxes, but you will manage the data, reconcile inventory counts, and ensure the system reflects reality.
  
  
• Stock Inquiries: Check real-time availability and provide pricing for customers and internal teams.
  
  
• RGA Processing: Manage the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process from start to finish.
  
  

Customer Service Excellence

• High-Volume Communication: Manage heavy phone and email traffic with a professional, pleasant, and helpful attitude.
  
  
• Problem Solving: Research proof of delivery and resolve general administrative inquiries.
