One of our clients is searching for a Talent Sourcer to act as a national "Utility Player" supporting our three core recruiters (East Coast, West Coast, and International). This role is designed to alleviate high requisition loads by building a steady flow of qualified resumes for critical roles in mechanical construction, engineering, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- The Hunt: Utilize a Premier LinkedIn License to identify and engage passive talent for roles such as Project Managers, Estimators, Automation Specialists, and Industrial Engineers.
- The Screen: Review incoming applications and conduct initial phone screens to ensure technical and cultural alignment.
- The Partnership: Support all three national recruiters by "scrubbing" resumes and ensuring a high-quality funnel to reduce reliance on external search firms.
- The Relationship: Build rapport with prospective candidates, acting as the first point of contact and the "face" of the company.
