Your Impact at Tellworks As our Time and Attendance Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our payroll accuracy and workforce management. Your primary mission is to ensure that every team member’s time is accounted for correctly and that our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timekeeping Excellence: Monitor and maintain employee records within our timekeeping system.
- Audit & Accuracy: Review timecards daily for missing punches, errors, or attendance discrepancies.
- Direct Communication: Partner with supervisors and employees to resolve timekeeping issues promptly.
- Policy Compliance: Track attendance, tardiness, and absences according to company standards and labor regulations.
- Insightful Reporting: Generate daily headcount and weekly attendance reports for management.
- Leave Support: Assist with the tracking of PTO, sick time, and other authorized absences.
- Data Integrity: Maintain strictly confidential employee records and assist with HR investigations when necessary.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administration, HR, payroll, or timekeeping.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with ADP is strongly preferred.
- Traits: strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a high level of discretion.
- Reliability: A commitment to excellent personal attendance and a dedication to working safely.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal English.

Responsibilities
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain employee time and attendance records in the timekeeping system

- Maintain documentation for attendance-related corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations regarding time reporting
- Provide support with leave tracking, including PTO, sick time, and other absences
- Generate weekly attendance reports for management
- Generate daily headcount reports for management.
- Assist HR and management with attendance investigations when necessary
- Maintain confidential employee information and records
