- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of direct experience in dynamic routing.
- Fleet Knowledge: Must have experience coordinating and dispatching both Class A (Tractor-Trailer) and Class B (Straight Truck/Box Truck) drivers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in dynamic routing software to adjust schedules in real-time based on traffic, weather, and customer demands.
- Operational Awareness: Understanding of the differing regulatory requirements (DOT), weight limits, and maneuverability constraints between Class A and Class B vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily transport operations by monitoring SAP and WMH systems to route shipments, split loads, and optimize fleet utilization
- Act as the primary communications hub for the branch, handling high-volume phone and email inquiries, providing ETAs, and notifying stakeholders of late deliveries
- Serve as the lead point of contact for drivers and distributors, overseeing morning parcel departures, scheduling delivery appointments, and resolving equipment or digital log issues
- Execute critical system updates and reporting while managing load assignment sheets and RP violations
- Perform comprehensive administrative functions including proof of delivery filing, office supply procurement, uniform ordering, and employee termination notice submissions
- Support personnel and branch health by conducting portions of new-hire onboarding, addressing benefits questions, and balancing weekly delivery schedules to level workload
