Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Process legacy paper records within the onsite file room, ensuring all physical documentation is accounted for and properly retrieved.
- Perform precise data entry of patient demographic information into the specialized Record Management database.
- Conduct rigorous audits on data entry and manage the secure boxing and labeling of records.
- Uphold the strictest standards of confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive patient information at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Office and EPIC
- Organizational skills with the ability to thrive in time-sensitive environments and meet daily output quotas.
- Earn a steady pay rate of $23.00/hr.
- Monday to Friday work week.

- Play a direct role in supporting "Patients first" by ensuring their medical history is preserved and accessible for future care.
